    CUSTOM MADE PLC  
       
   
 
Custom made PLC used for automation of industrial processes, such as control of machinery on factory assembly lines and replaces the existing faulty PLC of any make. PLC is designed for multiple inputs and output arrangements. A PLC is an example of a real time system since output results must be produced in response to input conditions within a bounded time, otherwise unintended operation will result.

Coater
 
 
Coater is a micro controller based unit that controls the complete functioning of a Coating Machine. It provides a LCD display which is used to display the machine status and various other parameters and also as a MMI.
It also controls the temperature of IR and Varnish heaters. Its ability to control all the functions (such as Feeder coil, Lay, Impression coil etc.) makes it a complete control panel with a minimum of electrical wiring needed.

  Length-RPM counter
 
       
   
 
Length-Rpm counter is an electronic device that displays the consumption of a continuous web (reel of paper) depending on the external input fed through sensor. This counter calculates and displays length of the web in meters. Also calculates rate per minute and displays it on the seven segment display.
   
  Application:
   
  Used for measuring Paper Length in Web machines and the Rate per minute or speed of machine in RPM.

  Programmable counters
 
       
   
  Programmable counters are also called as Batch counters. These are programmable devices which display the batch of events. These counters can be programmed for counting predefined set of events which make a batch. When a batch is completed, the counter automatically resets and also increments the batch count.
 
       
   
  One set point Preset counter
 
       
   
  When counting reaches the setpoint, the counter increments the batch count and simultaneously actuates an output.
 
       
   
  Two set point Preset counter
 
       
   
  This Counter has a provision for programming of two different setpoints and then takes corresponding action as the count value reaches the set points one after another.

    Sequencer Unit  
       
   
  Sequencer unit controls the sequence of events (impression cylinders from Unit no.2 getting ON & OFF in accordance with the impression cylinder of Unit no.1).
