Embedded Damping Control is a micro controller based unit. This simple, reliable, user-friendly unit synchronizes the speed of damping motors with the machine speed. The machine speed is continually monitored by this unit. Corresponding to the changes in machine speed, this unit changes damping motor speed in accordance to the ratio set for the particular cylinder provided the unit is operated in AUTO mode. The unit displays various parameters and data (like damping motor speed, cylinder selection, ratio etc.) on the 4-line * 20 character alphanumeric LCD screen. The machine speed in RPH and damping motor speed in RPM can also be viewed. The damping motor speed and set ratio will appear in percentage on the main screen.
